A Three-Stage Quality Assurance System

From raw materials to finished products, we maintain strict inspection protocols to ensure every component meets our high standards.

  1. Incoming Material Inspection

    All critical external and in-house manufactured components undergo precise inspection with a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine). This ensures that their dimensions, material, and surface treatments precisely match design specifications, effectively eliminating manufacturing errors from the start.

  2. In-Process Monitoring

    During production, we implement a system of self-inspection and regular patrols to proactively identify and prevent any anomalies.

  3. Final Assembly Testing

    After assembly is complete, each product undergoes comprehensive performance testing and trial runs to simulate real-world usage and guarantee flawless performance.

Pre-Shipment Dynamic Performance Testing

To ensure our products can handle high-load operations, every milling head undergoes a series of rigorous dynamic tests before shipment:

  • Speed and Operational Testing : We ensure the mechanism operates smoothly, without abnormal noise or vibration, and can maintain stable performance over extended periods.
  • Dynamic Balancing Test : This critical step ensures stability during high-speed operation, significantly reducing vibration and wear to extend the product's lifespan.
